Key notes

1Lock the camera on a tripod and keep the car perfectly still — every pass must register pixel-for-pixel to composite later.
2Brush one source slowly along a single panel per exposure; the reflection you light is what defines that panel's gradient.
3Wear black and keep moving so you never record yourself; flag the source so only the panel, not the air, lights up.
4Shoot many single-area passes (body, glass, wheels, grille, background) and blend them in post — this is a composite, not one frame.
